1.Promote Vektek products daily in the assignedterritory .
2.Develop new End User customers, FixtureBuilder customers and distributors.
3.Gather market, competitor’s customer contacts, leads and biddinginformation. Make presentations on advantages of Vektek, approach and continueto pursue the key decision maker.
4.Analyse the risks and opportunities. Identifythe needs and expectations from customer.
5.Presentations focus primarily on only theproducts which will meet their needs.
6.Provide good sufficient solutions and get toa common view with customer and potential distributors.
7.Act as customer service to solve the simpleproblem on site with the support of US and China experts.
1.Proven ability to sell and build a loyal,effective industrial customer base at several organization levels.
2.Bachelor degree or above in MechanicalEngineering or Similar. Knowledge and experience in fixture builder and CNCmachining market could be a plus but not required.
3.2+ year experience, preferably having salesexperience in the machinery, automotive, automation fields. Experiencewith foreign sales training is preferred.
4.Analytical ability to structure and solvelogic problems. Understanding of
troubleshooting, root cause analysis and thescientific method are good background elements.
5.Communication skill with Customer atproduction management, maintenance, purchasing and executive levels. Also, able to communicate effectively with internal colleagues.
6.Fluent in both written and oral English.
7.Willing to travel frequently. Must beable to get a USA visa, previous international visas considered an advantage.
8.Driver’s license，at least 2 years .
