Key Responsibilities ：
1.Promote Vektek products daily in the assigned territory North of China, Hebei,
2.Shandong, Shanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Beijing, and Tianjin.
3.Develop new End User customers, Fixture Builder customers and distributors.
4.Gather market, competitor’s customer contacts, leads and bidding information. Make presentations on advantages of Vektek, approach and continue to pursue the key decision maker.
5.Analyse the risks and opportunities. Identify the needs and expectations from customer.
6.Presentations focus primarily on only the products which will meet their needs.
7.Provide good sufficient solutions and get to a common view with customer and potential distributors.
8.Act as customer service to solve the simple problem on site with the support of US and China experts.
Required Qualification ：
1.Proven ability to sell and build a loyal, effective industrial customer base at several organization levels.
2.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Similar. Knowledge and experience in fixture builder and CNC machining market could be a plus but not required.
3.2+ year experience, preferably having sales experience in the machinery, automotive, automation fields. Experience with foreign sales training is preferred.
4.Analytical ability to structure and solve logic problems. Understanding of trouble shooting, root cause analysis and the scientific method are good background elements.
5.Communication skill with Customer at production management, maintenance, purchasing and executive levels. Also, able to communicate effectively with internal colleagues.
6.Fluent in both written and oral English.
7.Willing to travel frequently. Must be able to get a USA visa, previous international visas considered an advantage.
8.Driver’s license , at least 3 years .
